Q14836 - INFO: California eSMR EZ

To produce the California eSMR EZ CSV file for submission to the state:

1. Download CA-WW-ESMR-EZ.hwr 

2. Update report with your parameters.

15 Quantity Units D9,D15... Reports the Unit code for the units specified. The unit code can be specified in one of two ways.  If the cell is a the code-description (i.e. "19-mg/L), 19 would be used as the code.  If the cell is just the string (i.e. "mg/L") it will be looked up (not case sensitive) on the Units sheet column C and the corresponding value in column B will be used. 19

The code can be specified in one of two ways.  If the cell is a the code-description (i.e. "01/01-Daily), 01/01 would be used as the code.  If the cell is just the string (i.e. "Daily") it will be looked up (not case sensitive) on the Freq of Analysis sheet column C and the corresponding value in column B will be used. 01/01
31 Sample Type Code J10,J16... Reports the code for the sample type specified. The code can be specified in one of two ways.  If the cell is a the code-description (i.e. "24-Comp24), 24 would be used as the code.  If the cell is just the string (i.e. "Comp24") it will be looked up (not case sensitive) on the Sample Type sheet column C and the corresponding value in column B will be used. 24
