During Hach WIMS Client Logon process, you get the following error message :
Unable to use Windows/Active Directory pass-through login because
more than one Hach WIMS user records match your Windows / Active Directory login name
Root Cause:
When Allow Windows/Active Directory pass-through login [General Setting] is enabled, Hach WIMS tries to find a user record matching your Windows / Active Directory login name.
If there are multiple records in User Setup that match your your Windows / Active Directory login name, you will see this message.
The message is displayed because Hach WIMS does not know which user record to choose. This message also warns of a possible security loophole.

Resolution :
In User Setup, edit records that have the same Windows / Active Directory login values.
