Facility Setup now has a Dashboard Message field.  The field is used to display messages on your dashboard using the FINFO("","DASHMSG") function. 

Example use.  WIMS is going down at 8PM for a patch install. 

1. Go to Facility Setup, Settings tab and enter your message. 

A. Click on the Settings Tab.
B. Click Insert Date Time to insert the current time so user's now the message is current.
C. Enter in your message
D. Optional.  If this message applies to all Facilities, click Push To All Facilities.  This will set every Facilities message to the current message. 

2. Design your Dashboard(s) by adding the FINFO("","DASHMSG") spread function to display the message. 
 

3. Message will also be displayed in the status bar.  Double click to see entire message if it does not fit in status bar:
