QC_Xbar_R_Chart.hwr QC X-Bar/R Chart preview
Spread Report that groups data by a user specifed grouping (ie M - monthly, W7 - Weekly Sun-Sat, etc...) and shows the average and range for up to 31 groups. Then charts the Average (X-Bar chart) and Range (R chart). Prompts for the variable to analyze in cell B2. An X-bar/R chart is a control chart used in quality control, specifically SPC or statistical process control, as originally developed by Walter A. Shewhart.

QC_X-MR_Chart.hwr QC X-MR Chart preview
Spread Report that displays and graphs a daily variable's raw values for a month with UCL and LCL (Mean +- 3 Standard Deviations) and the moving range (difference between succesive points). An individuals and moving range (X-MR) chart is a pair of control charts for processes with a subgroup size of one. Used to determine if a process is stable and predictable, it creates a picture of how the system changes over time. The individual (X) chart displays individual measurements. The moving range (MR) chart shows variability between one data point and the next. Individuals and moving range charts are also used to monitor the effects of process improvement theories.

QC_Frequency_Graph.hwr QC Frequency Graph preview
Spread Report that displays a daily variables raw values, creates 20 ranges for the data and counts the number of values in each range. Plots the counts with a curve fit (bell curve) of the counts.
