This is used to generate the  Michigan eDMR daily values form.  This link can be used in conjunction with your input XML file provided by the state to generate a report containing all required parameters for filling out the Michigan eDMR through the Hach WIMS Spread Report Output.

This is used to locate the daily values as required to fill out a Michigan eDMR.  This generates output as follows:

BUTTONS:

	select the appropriate variable associated with the daily values you wish to place on the form
	click here to select a Michigan XML file to determine which daily values you need to use to generate your Michigan eDMR file
	locate columns using the specified parameters
	cancel all actions and do not locate the specified values
