Data Qualifiers can be entered as a Note in Claros Collect.  The interface will recognize the qualifier (symbol) and import the data accordingly.  

Example:  The lab Effluent BOD is below detection limit using a full depletion, therefore the result is <2. 

	Enter the value (2)
	Click Add note
	Enter Data Qualifier (<)
