Allows you to pick a sample that has been analyzed to edit/view.

BUTTONS:

	If a sample is highlighted, it will bring up the sample in a screen that will let you edit/view it.
	Exit the form.
	Finds sample(s) according to criteria that you have selected.
	Displays a list of samples according to criteria that you have selected.
	Prints a list of the displayed samples.
	Exports the displayed samples to an Excel file called Samples.xls
	Used to set a date range
