Q11688 - INFO: Compliance Engine

The Compliance Engine scans your database for Limit violations, Entry Limit Exceedances, and QC Flags.  Records are created in the Event table making reporting and trigger reports easier to deal with.

See Compliance Engine Setup for steps to setup the Compliance Engine.  This form is used to run the Compliance Engine after it is setup.

NOTE: As of v768, this menu option is hidden as it has been replaced by Data Manager, Events.  If you still need access to this menu option execute the following command in OPSROOT:

INSERT INTO GENERALSETTINGS VALUES ('SHOW-COMPENG-MENU','YES')

 

 

USING:

1. Set the dates (see entering dates)

2. Choose variables using the Add and Remove buttons.  By default, all variables that have at least one Compliance Engine Log options checked will be displayed.  See Edit View Variables, Options tab to choose options. 

3. Click Scan

 

BUTTONS

Runs the compliance engine for the date range selected.  For each Limit Violation, Entry Limit Exceedance, and QC Flag a record in the events table will be created.
Add all variables to the list that have the Log Limit Violations option checked.

Add all variables to the list that have the Log QC Flags option checked.
Add all variables to the list that have the Log Entry Limit Violations option checked
Removes the currently selected variable from list
Removes all variables from the list
