Q12177 - HOWTO: Increase the value of your color depth in Windows XP

Steps :

  1. right click on any part of your desktop, and a similar window will apear:
  2. Select Properties, and then Settings
  3. Pull down the Color Quality dropdown list

  4. Set your desired quality
  5. click OK
