Q14070 - KNOWNISSUE: CIWQS Report, CDF and CDINFO files are identical and cannot change output folder

Description:

There are known issues with the Hach WIMS v7.4.0 release build 5297 for the California CIWQS Report.

The program will create the CDF and CDINFO file identically with the data. The CDINFO is not suppose to have data, but should have overall information about the plant, the reporting period, and the data.

If the output folder for generating the report is changed, the zip file ends up at the default location. This can be verified by changing the output folder, and after the file is generate click on the View Generated eDMR file button. Nothing happens. With this engineering build (and if a program to view zip files is installed), the program will dispaly the contents of the zip file when the button is clicked.

If that doesn't work then: download the zip file attached to his article (build 5307), and extract the Hach_WIMS_Client.exe file over the existing one.
