South Carolina requires (as of December 2016) use of the NetDMR format to electronically submit their DMR. Click here for information on designing a NetDMR report.

Prior to using the NetDMR, South Carolina utilized the NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM (NPDES) DMR Report format.  Click here for the NPDES report templates.  The printed DMR will no longer be accepted after December 2016.
