Q13523 - KNOWNISSUE: Pocket OPS Sync Causes Error "Invalid Use of Null"

This article is in reference to Hach WIMS Release Notes for Version 7.2.1 Build 4949, release note reads:

  • Fixed a bug in WIMS Portable synchronization which caused the process to fail in cases when a text variable's LIST field was NULL (4054)

It was discovered after this release that the problem occurs in more than one place. There is an engineering fix for this. Please contact Tech Support for an engineering fix.

This is basically what happens when you sync the PDA to Hach WIMS:
