CA eSMR - California electronic Self Monitoring Report

The eSMR is mandatory for most major NPDES permit holders and many minor NPDES permit holders. It will be mandatory for all NPDES individual non-stormwater permit holders. Electronic submittal of DMRs will be mandatory in the future.
