Q11190 - ERRMSG: Serial Number is invalid for the provided License File

This error occurs when an incorrent serial number is passed to the program, or when an incorrect license file is paired up with a serial number.

NOTE:
Each License XML file can only be unlocked by a single unique Serial Number.

WARNING :
ANY CHANGES TO THE CONTENT OF THIS LICENSE FILE WILL RENDER THE PROVIDED SERIAL NUMBER USELESS.
